Insurance Customer Service Rep- Personal Lines- Hybrid/Remote

We are currently seeking a dedicated and client-focused team player to join our agency. The Personal Lines CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by managing accounts, answering insurance questions, resolving issues, processing new policies, and providing information about our insurance products and services. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of insurance and be able to communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner. 2-20 or 20-44 license required.
***This position will be required to work in our St. Cloud office until fully trained, then can transition to a hybrid/remote position.
